After they arrive, they discover the entrance to the catacombs hidden behind a mound of human bones. As they enter the stone labyrinth, the walls seem to come alive, closing behind them and transforming the layout of the maze. A supernatural scream suddenly echoes through the tunnels, as if a dark presence lurking in the shadows had been awakened by the moving walls. What sorcery fills these hateful halls? Then, place the 4 Boulders tokens on the borders of the areas indicated by the setup diagram. They represent the moving wall of the catacombs. Finally, place the Rope token in the area indicated by the setup diagram.

The Monster: When a Hero retrieves the relic, the Overlord immediately places the Monster’s tile at the first position of their River (sliding the others to the right) and places its miniature in the indicated area by the setup diagram.

The Relic: It can be found in the Hidden chamber and has an encumbrance value of 3.

Retrieve the relic: A Hero in the area of the Relic may perform a complex Manipulation with a difficulty of 4 to retrieve it. The Lockpicking skill can be used. If successful, the Hero places the Relic token next to their Hero sheet.
