Hunting the Tigress
For months, the pirate ship Tigress has been scouring the waters off the coasts of Stygia and the Black Kingdoms and preying on the profitable trade of gold and ivory, much to the displeasure of King Ctesphon. As the Stygian fleet seems unable to put an end to the piracy, the king has promised a colossal sum to whomever can bring back Bêlit’s head.
With Bêlit’s vessel anchored to resupply and a large portion of the crew on shore, Zaporavo, the Zingaran
captain of The Vandal, takes the opportunity to attack in hopes of claiming the enormous reward and the glory that accompanies it.
Supported by a row of archers and the black magic of Skuthus, a Stygian necromancer sent by Ctesphon, the Zingaran mercenary and his troops quickly gain a foothold on the deck of the Tigress. Only Conan, Shevatas, and a handful of remaining warriors can come to Bêlit’s aid.
Objective
To win the game, the Heroes must kill Skuthus, Zaporavo, and the Outer Dark Demon before the end of turn 8 while keeping Bêlit alive. If Bêlit dies, the Heroes immediately lose the game.
Setup
The game starts with the Heroes’ turn.
Set the Outer Dark Demon tile and miniature to the side. This will be added during the course of the scenario.

Event

Special Rules
Game Board Rules: Standard game board rules apply.
Supreme Leader: When using the Leadership skill, Bêlit may spend 1 gem to activate all Bêlit’s Guard units on the game board following the Cunning Attackers rule (see page 7) rather than 1 gem per unit.
Leap: If a unit (Hero or Overlord) fails to leap, they remain in their area. Overlord units prioritize leaping over an area with the lowest leap difficulty unless leaping over a higher leap difficulty area is the only way to reach their Target Hero or Alternate Target Hero.
Duelists: Zaporavo targets the Strongest Hero.
Skuthus: Has the spells Mitra’s Halo and Set’s Bite. When Skuthus activates, he casts Set’s Bite at his chosen target (see Stay on Target rule). Mitra’s Halo is always active.
Stay on Target: Skuthus, the Outer Dark Demon, and the green Pirates target Bêlit. They will only attack a different Hero if they end their movement in an area with that Hero and Bêlit is not in that area.
Glory to Set: When Skuthus dies, place the Outer Dark Demon miniature in his area and replace his tile with the Outer Dark Demon tile.
